Financing is handled case by case. We can help shape the capital plan, compare phased delivery or managed-service options, and introduce finance partners where available.

Leafy greens, herbs, microgreens, strawberries, and selected high-value vegetables are usually the strongest fit. The final crop plan is chosen after yield targets, market demand, and unit economics are reviewed.

We look at floor area, ceiling height, power capacity, water access, drainage, cooling load, food-safety requirements, and logistics flow. That review tells us what can be built reliably in the available space.
